Chairmanship of the BSTDB Board of Governors passes from Azerbaijan to Bulgaria

In 2027, the chairmanship of the 29th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) will pass to Bulgaria.

elchi reports that this was announced at the Bank’s 28th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors held in Baku.

It should be noted that at the meeting held on July 1 under the chairmanship of Azerbaijan, the results of the BSTDB’s activities for 2025 were evaluated, financial statements were approved, and the budget for 2026 was discussed.

The meeting will continue on July 2 with a Business Forum on the theme “Connecting Markets and Diversifying Economies: Azerbaijan as a Regional Hub.”
