“The idea that the quality of education in the Russian section is superior is just a myth”.
elchi reports citing “Report” that the Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev stated this during his speech at the IX ADA International Education Conference.
He noted that parents should not be directed regarding which language they should choose for their children’s education:
“There are schools in Azerbaijan where instruction is conducted in different languages. We also know why Russian-language schools exist. Because Azerbaijan was part of the former USSR.”
