There will be new state duties for the registration of seed operators operating in the field of seed production and for the issuance of certificates confirming the varietal and sowing qualities of seeds.
elchi reports that this is reflected in the new draft law “On State Duty”, which was discussed at today’s meeting of the Agrarian Policy Committee of the Milli Majlis.
According to the draft, a state duty of 50 manats is set for the issuance of an extract from the information system of the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority in the field of selection and seed production, 10 manats for the issuance of a duplicate of the extract from the information system of the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority in the field of selection and seed production, and 25 manats for the issuance of certificates confirming the varietal and sowing qualities of seeds (per document).
