Modi and Pashinyan discussed strengthening cooperation

A telephone conversation took place between the Prime Ministers of India and Armenia, Narendra Modi and Nikol Pashinyan.

“Elchi” reports that Modi wrote about this on his “X” social media account.

“Glad to receive a call from PM Nikol Pashinyan today. Congratulated him and his party (Civil Contract – ed.) on their recent victory in the parliamentary elections in Armenia. Thanked him for the assistance provided in the evacuation of Indian citizens from Iran,” he stated.

According to Modi, the parties also reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening the partnership between the two countries, especially in key areas such as trade, defense, technology, and social ties.

“Look forward to working closely to take India-Armenia relations to the next level,” the Prime Minister of India noted.
