Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov has met with a delegation led by Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Numan Kurtulmuş, who is on a visit to our country.

During the meeting, Baku’s hosting of the 20th Session of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States was assessed as a significant event.
It was noted with satisfaction that the relations between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, based on brotherhood, alliance, and mutual trust, are successfully developing in all areas.
Emphasizing that inter-parliamentary cooperation is an important component of bilateral relations, the importance of close contacts and mutual visits between the legislative bodies of both countries was noted.
The parties expressed confidence that the Azerbaijan-Türkiye strategic partnership will continue to be enriched with new content and discussed the prospects for expanding cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
