We have provided emergency humanitarian aid to the DRC and the African Union as soon as possible, and we have also sent a special group of medical experts to fight the epidemic and provided them with urgently needed medical supplies and epidemic protection equipment.

Currently, nearly a thousand specialists from the medical brigades are fighting the epidemic shoulder to shoulder with the African people. After arriving in Kinshasa, the capital of the DRC, on June 2, the Chinese medical expert group immediately began anti-epidemic activities.

Considering the current complex epidemic situation, the Chinese government has decided to provide emergency humanitarian aid to the DRC, Uganda, the African Union, and other parties again,” said Guo Shaochun.
