The Baku City Municipal Theater and the “Yashil Theater” Concert Complex, along with all their assets, are being transferred from the Baku City Executive Power to the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture.
“Elchi” reports that this was stated in the Decree signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov to ensure the implementation of the Presidential Decree “On improving the structure and management of the Baku City Executive Power.”
According to the Decree, the Ministry of Economy, in coordination with the relevant agencies, must ensure the transfer of both cultural centers, along with all their assets, to the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture and inform the Cabinet of Ministers within two months.
