State Traffic Police issued an appeal regarding the “Last Bell” events

The Baku City State Traffic Police Department, in connection with the upcoming “Last Bell” events, appeals to legal entities and individuals engaged in car rental activities, urging them to be responsible.

This was reported to “Elchi” by the Baku City State Traffic Police Department.

It was stated that in some cases, graduates or minors attempt to rent various vehicles for entertainment purposes. It should be noted that allowing individuals without a driving license to get behind the wheel is not only contrary to the requirements of the legislation but also extremely dangerous for their lives and health, as well as for other road users.

In this regard, car rental companies are requested to pay special attention to the validity of the driver’s license, the person’s age, and their right to drive the vehicle when renting out vehicles. They should not provide cars to schoolchildren or individuals without driving rights for entertainment purposes related to “Last Bell” events.

“In case such a situation is detected, appropriate legal measures will be taken against those persons. The sensitive approach shown in this matter will serve to prevent possible unpleasant incidents and ensure that the graduation day is spent in safe conditions,” the appeal noted.
