The Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to the regulations regarding domestic violence.
“Elchi” reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a decree regarding this matter.
According to the decision, amendments have been made to the “Rules for the activities of monitoring and coordination groups in the field of prevention of domestic violence,” approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 367 dated July 30, 2024.
According to the amendment, the words “social, political and humanitarian” in clause 6.4 of the rules have been replaced with the words “territorial-organizational and socio-political.”
The decision was adopted in accordance with the decree of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated December 10, 2025, “On improving the structure and management of local executive authorities.”
