The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has reported that the Russian Armed Forces are preparing to launch new missile and drone strikes on Ukraine, particularly targeting “decision-making centers”.
“Elchi” reports that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this on his Telegram channel.
“Among the targets are nearly 20 political centers and military facilities. Of course, we have taken this information into account. However, it should be specifically noted for the Russian leadership that, unlike their country, Ukraine’s source of defense is the readiness of the Ukrainian people to fight for their independence and their own sovereign state,” he wrote.
Zelensky noted that Ukrainians, like any other nation, have the right to defend the sovereignty of their country.
“It is impossible to defeat a people. Russia must end its war and agree to a just peace,” Zelensky emphasized.
