It was noted that in the Nakhchivan AR, Neftchala, Salyan, Mingachevir, Goychay, Goygol, Ganja, Samukh, Naftalan, Goranboy, Dashkasan, Gadabay, Balakan, Zaqatala, Qakh, Sheki, Oghuz, Gabala, Ismayilli, Shirvan, Aghsu, Shamakhi, Gobustan, Guba, Gusar, Khizi, Khachmaz, Shabran, Siyazan, Lerik, Yardimli, Kalbajar, Lachin, Jabrayil, Fuzuli, and Zangilan, in accordance with the yellow warning, a west wind will blow with a speed of 13.9-20.7 m/s.
