Deputy Foreign Ministers of Armenia, France, and Lithuania, Vahan Kostanyan, Benjamin Haddad, and Audra Plepite, discussed the process of normalization of relations between Yerevan and Baku, as well as the situation in the South Caucasus.
“Elchi” reports that Armenian media has provided information about this.
It was noted that during the meeting, issues related to Armenia’s bilateral agenda with Lithuania and France were discussed, including the fight against disinformation, as well as cooperation within the framework of the strategic partnership with the European Union. The French and Lithuanian sides expressed their readiness to support Armenia in organizing the upcoming “European Political Community” summit.
In the context of regional developments, Kostanyan spoke about positive changes in the South Caucasus against the backdrop of the Washington agreements, and also touched upon the processes of normalization of relations between Armenia, Turkey, and Azerbaijan.
