During January, with the organization of the Department of Document Circulation and Citizen Appeals and regional justice departments of the Ministry, video receptions were held via video conference with the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry, the Main Department for Work with Municipalities, the Execution Service, the Notary, Registration and Registry Main Department, the Main Department for Control over the Execution of Punishments, and the Human Resources Department for residents of the districts within the jurisdiction of these institutions, together with the Imishli, Ganja, Shirvan, Barda, Sheki, Lankaran, Goychay, Khachmaz, Shamkir, Sumgayit regional justice departments and the Ministry of Justice of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
According to the report given to Elchi.az from the Ministry of Justice, the appeals of 62 citizens were heard during the video receptions regarding the activities of the ministry, the requirements of the legislation were explained in detail to the citizens, and the appeals submitted during the reception were taken under control for the necessary measures to be taken.
Citizens living in the regions can register for the reception by applying to the e-mail address qebul@justice.gov.az or to the regional justice departments of the ministry to participate in video receptions.
