1-dollar coins featuring White House leader Donald Trump have been released into circulation in the USA.
“Elchi” reports that the US Mint has announced this on its website.
The coins can also be purchased on the institution’s official website. The price for one hundred coins is 154 dollars.
The obverse features a portrait of Trump, along with the inscriptions “LIBERTY,” “IN GOD WE TRUST,” and “1776-2026.”
The reverse depicts the Presidential Seal of the United States—an eagle with an olive branch and arrows. The number “250” is placed on the shield in honor of the 250th anniversary of US independence. The coin also features the inscriptions “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “ONE DOLLAR,” and “E PLURIBUS UNUM.”
It should be recalled that the first report regarding the issuance of coins featuring Trump was released on July 15 by US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.
