Today, the Azerbaijani delegation participated in the international conference and exhibition titled “Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan – 2026” (OGT-2026) held in Ashgabat.
This was reported to elchi by the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Turkmenistan.
It was stated that at the event, attended by government officials from various countries, representatives of international energy companies, and experts, the delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan, Kamal Abbasov, the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan, Qismet Gözəlov, as well as representatives of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and “Baku Steel Company” represented our country.
Within the framework of the conference, Deputy Minister K.Abbasov made a speech, touching upon topical issues of cooperation in the energy sector.
At the same time, the Azerbaijani delegation familiarized themselves with the exhibition and also visited the SOCAR stand, which acted as the main sponsor of the “OGT-2026” international conference.
