Death Toll in Iranian Protests Updated

The identities of 5,848 people killed in the protests in Iran have been determined, and efforts are underway to clarify the identities of 17,091 people killed.

Elchi.az reports that the Iran Human Rights Organization has released this information.

Among those killed, 209 were government officials, 77 were minors, and 42 were civilians who did not participate in the protests.

In addition, 41,283 people have been arrested.
