According to information as of 13:00 on April 4, rainy weather conditions are observed in some parts of the country, lightning strikes, and snow is falling in mountainous areas.

It was reported that rain is falling in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, as well as in Shahbuz, Ordubad, Aghstafa, Kurdamir, Kalbajar, Lachin, Gubadli, Shusha, Ganja, Sadarak, Sharur, Naftalan, Goranboy, Aghdam, Mingachevir, Sabirabad, Imishli, Guba, Gusar, Ismayilli, Barda, Dashkasan, Shamkir, Goychay, Sheki, Zagatala, Balakan, Yevlakh, Gabala, Oghuz, Aghsu, Khizi, Khaltan, Tartar, while snow is falling in Khinalig and Shahdag.
Currently, a northwest wind is blowing in several areas, with the maximum wind speed reaching 23 m/s in Mingachevir, Goranboy, 22 m/s in Naftalan, 18 m/s in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, including Tovuz, Aghdam, Kalbajar, Julfa, 16 m/s in Sabirabad, Jalilabad, Gobustan, and strengthening up to 15 m/s in Sheki.
