Control measures were carried out in the “Khayal” market and surrounding food facilities owned by an individual, Rajabli Khayal Fikrat oglu, at H.Heybatov Street 1, Mashtaga settlement, Sabunchu district.

It was reported that during the inspection, it was revealed that meat and meat products in the market were sold without veterinary-sanitary examination, without adhering to the temperature regime, in open and unsanitary conditions. It was also determined that an illegal animal slaughter point was operating.
Mandatory instructions were issued regarding the shortcomings, and a protocol on administrative offenses was drawn up.
The operation of the illegal slaughter point was stopped, and restrictive measures were applied to the products. Samples were sent for laboratory tests.
