Education workers with a TəhsilPlus card will be able to make their first trip on metro and buses for 1 qepik every weekday from November 2 to 30.
elchi reports that to benefit from the discount, NFC payment must be made with the TəhsilPlus card via “Apple Pay” or “Google Pay”.
The campaign is valid from Monday to Friday. The discount is applied once a day per card, and the second and subsequent trips are calculated at standard rates. A 10 percent bonus is also given for payments on public transport with the TəhsilPlus card at the standard rate.
Currently, the distribution of cards to education workers continues in stages. In the initial phase, the provision of cards to employees of preschool, general, and higher education institutions has begun. The number of active users has already exceeded 185 thousand.
It should be noted that the TəhsilPlus project is implemented in cooperation with the Education Development Fund, Kapital Bank, and “Mastercard”. In addition to combining salary and debit card functions, the card is also used as an access control system in educational institutions.
