An event was held by the Mughan Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in connection with the declaration of 2026 as the “Year of Urban Development and Architecture” in the country by the relevant Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev.

It was stated that authorized representatives of the Ministry’s regional bodies, as well as the Executive Power of Bilasuvar District, relevant departments, enterprises, and organizations participated in the event organized in Bilasuvar district.
Speakers at the event emphasized the importance of declaring 2026 the “Year of Urban Development and Architecture” in our country, discussed the relevant issues ahead related to the implementation of the approved action plan, and provided detailed information on the formation of a healthy and sustainable environment for urban development and architecture, construction legislation, norms, and rules.
Questions of interest to the participants were answered, a mutual exchange of views took place, and rules of conduct related to natural and man-made emergencies were also communicated.
