More than 800 items have been forgotten on trains of “Azerbaijan Railways” (ADY) CJSC from January 1 to October 15 this year.

It was stated that this means an average of about 90 items per month.
“The most forgotten items by our passengers are clothing and accessories, bags, phones and adapters, documents, bank cards, and food containers. Most items are forgotten on the Baku-Sumgayit, Baku-Tbilisi, and Baku-Ganja routes. About 250 of the forgotten items (approximately 30%) have been returned to their owners by our employees. The rest are still waiting for their owners. We advise our passengers to be careful when leaving the train and not to forget to take their belongings. Passengers who forget their belongings on the train or at the station can contact the station attendant or the 1822 Contact Center” – the statement noted.
