President Ilham Aliyev signed a new decree on the Ministry of Finance.
elchi reports that according to the decree, clause 8.23-3 of the “Regulation on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by the decree of the head of state dated February 9, 2009, has been abolished.
This change was made to ensure the implementation of the Presidential decree dated December 29, 2025, regarding the monitoring of budget forecasts of state-owned companies and public legal entities, analysis of performance indicators, as well as the distribution of net profit and dividend policy.
