One person was murdered and several others were stabbed during a mass brawl in the Khatai district of Baku.
According to information obtained by APA, the incident occurred at the “Ab-Hava” cafe located at General Shıxlinski street, 145. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 120.1 (intentional homicide) of the Criminal Code.
According to the information, the brawl was caused by a dispute arising from business relations. It is alleged that a person named Ahmad, who participated in the incident, is the son of a well-known official in the country. It is said that this person voluntarily surrendered to the police after the incident.
Through measures taken by police officers, individuals named Kamran and Hasan, who are reported to be other participants in the incident, have also been detained. According to the information, these individuals operated a rehabilitation center in the Bakikhanov settlement of the Sabunchu district of the capital.
Currently, operational-search measures are continuing to detain other participants of the incident.
