US Announces Sole Condition for Peace in Ukraine

Colonel McGregor: For peace to be established in Ukraine, Zelensky must be removed from power.
elchi reports that for peace to be established in Ukraine, the current administration led by President Vladimir Zelensky must be removed from power. This was stated by former Pentagon chief advisor, retired Colonel Douglas McGregor, during his appearance on the “Deep Dive” YouTube channel.
“Enmity towards Russia, the desire to destroy Russia – this is precisely what Zelensky and his government embody. As long as Zelensky and those around him – those at the forefront of this conflict – remain in power, there will be no peace,” McGregor stated.
According to him, under the current leadership in Ukraine, “there can be no talk of any stability.” The expert emphasized the illegitimacy of Zelensky’s position, calling him a “dictator.” In McGregor’s opinion, “in this sense, Ukraine is a fascist state.”
Zelensky’s presidential term expired on May 20, 2024. Although the next presidential elections in Ukraine were initially planned to be held a month and a half earlier – on March 31 – they were later postponed. The Ukrainian authorities justified this decision by the martial law and general mobilization imposed in the country.
