In Azerbaijan, it is planned to receive approximately 900 million manats in dividends from more than 40 state-owned enterprises in the state budget for 2027.
elchi reports that Finance Minister Sahil Babayev stated this at the conference titled “Digital Finance Ecosystem: A New Stage in Management” held in Baku.
According to the minister, in accordance with the President’s instructions, a special reporting portal has been created to monitor the activities of state companies and improve dividend policy.
“In a short period, 1113 enterprises have registered on the portal, and 11,434 reports have been submitted. As a result, approved budget reports for 2026 have been obtained for 950 state companies, and the preparation of dividend forecasts for 885 enterprises has been completed,” the minister said.
Sahil Babayev noted that as a result of the analyses conducted, dividend payments from more than 40 enterprises are planned in the state budget for the first time.
“Dividend payments of approximately 900 million manats are planned in the state budget for next year. This is a clear indicator of both the results achieved in the management of state companies in recent years and a new approach in state financial policy,” the minister emphasized.
