US Vice President J.D. Vance has refused to call Ukraine an ally.
elchi reports that the publication “Clash Report” wrote about what he said in an interview with the “2WAY” portal.
The journalist asked the politician whether he would call Kyiv an ally of Washington.
“They are certainly partners on some issues, but I think our interests diverge from time to time,” Vance noted.
Previously, the US Vice President had stated that Ukraine is not and should not be a member of NATO.
