Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of dragging the US into another war with Iran in order to escape prison.
elchi reports that the Iranian minister, responding to Netanyahu’s remarks against Iran on the social network “X”, wrote: “Netanyahu is dragging the US into a new war to escape prison; he disregards the consequences this could have for the Israeli and US presidents”.
Araghchi emphasized that Iran emerged even stronger from previous attacks aimed at “finishing the job” and stated: “Do you want to try your luck again? Go ahead, try. But be careful – we have unfinished business too”.
According to *The Times of Israel*, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu characterized the upcoming elections as a “matter of existence” (of existential importance) and, in his presented security doctrine, touched upon the goal of “overthrowing the Iranian regime”.
Netanyahu claimed that the deterioration of the Iranian economy is increasing public pressure and could lead to new protests, saying: “Our plan is comprehensive and decisive, with the aim of achieving the regime’s collapse. This is the instruction I have given to all security agencies”.
