Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has once again commented on the existence of enclaves and exclaves on the border with Azerbaijan, as well as the issue of territorial exchange.
elchi reports that Pashinyan emphasized at a briefing held today that border delimitation must be carried out first to resolve the issue.
According to the Prime Minister, the understanding of the need to find an appropriate solution to this issue is becoming increasingly concrete in both Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“There should be no enclaves and exclaves on both sides of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border. I feel that the understanding that it is necessary to find an appropriate solution is becoming more concrete in both Armenia and Azerbaijan,” Pashinyan stated.
Pashinyan also stated that Armenia has entered the final stage of the process of institutionalizing peace.
