Armenia has never had cool relations with Russia, nothing has changed.
elchi reports that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at a briefing.
Pashinyan noted that even if there are any inconsistencies in the diplomatic sphere or on the joint agenda, Armenia has not changed its relations.
“Regarding the AES, the issue is that Armenia is looking for the best option, and there is no political coloring here. The same applies to the railway – Armenia is busy finding the best solution to the current issue. If Russian colleagues can offer their choices, Armenia is ready to consider them,” Pashinyan emphasized.
