A comprehensive meeting was held at the Khazar District Executive Power to discuss the preparation for the autumn-winter season in the district, the organization of landscaping and greening work, and the situation of eliminating existing flaws on streets and avenues.
According to the information provided to elchi from the BShİH, heads of the district’s communal services, representatives of settlements and administrative districts, and municipal chairmen participated in the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, the head of the Khazar District Executive Power, Elshan Salahov, analyzed the work done in the mentioned areas, as well as the condition of dilapidated buildings that harm the overall architectural and aesthetic appearance of the district, spoke about the existing flaws, and gave relevant instructions to the responsible officials.
For the flaws and weak control over the territories, reprimands were issued to the representatives of the administrative territorial districts of Qala and Zira settlements of the Khazar District Executive Power, and warnings were given to the representatives of the administrative territorial districts of Buzovna and Turkan settlements.
At the same time, representatives of other settlements in the district were sternly instructed to be more demanding in their activities, to eliminate the identified flaws in a short period of time, to strengthen control over the condition of landscaping and cleaning work in the territories, and to take necessary measures to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.
