A yellow warning has been issued for the expected windy weather conditions in Baku and the Absheron peninsula, as well as in some regions on October 13.
According to the National Hydrometeorology Service, which provided information to elchi, a south-easterly wind will blow in Baku and the Absheron peninsula, Salyan, Gobustan, Neftchala, Hajigabul, Khachmaz, Siyazan, Shabran, Quba, Khizi, and Gusar, in accordance with the yellow warning, with wind speeds reaching 13.9-20.7 m/s.
