The 26-year-old Spaniard won the support of 40 percent of those who participated in the vote. Monaco forward Paris Brunner came second with 32 percent of the vote, and Paris forward Lassine Sinayoko came third with 28 percent.
Torres played in three Ligue 1 matches in September and scored two goals. His most memorable performance was recorded in the match against Marseille on September 20. The forward, who came on the field from the substitute’s bench, scored a goal and secured PSG’s 2:1 victory.
