The “112” hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information about a fire in a multi-story residential building located on J. Nakhchivanski Street, Nizami district, Baku.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Press Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Upon receiving the information, the forces of the State Fire Protection Service and the Baku Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were immediately dispatched to the scene.
Thanks to the necessary and urgent measures taken by the firefighters, the fire that broke out in an apartment belonging to a citizen on the 8th floor of the nine-story residential building was extinguished in a short time, preventing it from spreading.
As a result of the fire, the combustible structures of the kitchen and balcony of the four-room apartment, with a total area of 95 m², burned over an area of 15 m².
The rest of the apartment was protected from the fire.
There were no injuries as a result of the incident.
