The Muslim religious leaders of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) have addressed President Ilham Aliyev.
“Elchi” reports that the address was made at the 7th Meeting of Muslim Religious Leaders held in Baku.
The text of the address was read by Rashad Aliyarlı, Deputy Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office (CMO).
