The police received information about the theft of 18,327 manats and 800 US dollars from one of the construction material stores located in the city of Shirvan.
According to the information provided to elchi by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 35-year-old Valid Ahmadov, who had been previously convicted and was suspected of committing the crime, was detained as a result of measures taken by the employees of the City Police Department.
It was determined that the detained person had planned the theft from the store in advance and used a mask and gloves during the incident.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the fact, and a preventive measure of arrest has been chosen against V. Ahmadov by the court’s decision.
