A new duty for the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been determined.
“Elchi” reports that the Cabinet of Ministers has amended the decision “On determining the scope of information obtained from information systems (resources) integrated into the “Suspicious Transaction Monitoring” information system of the Financial Monitoring Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
According to the decision, the Ministry of Internal Affairs must ensure that the Financial Monitoring Service receives information about mopeds (type of vehicle, make, model, type, state registration number, owner’s surname, name, patronymic, and the series, number, and PIN of the identity document) without delay upon electronic request.
