According to the information provided to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, 1126 employees have already been granted 14 calendar days of paid paternity leave by 415 employers in connection with the birth of their child.
It is noted that this leave covers the periods before and after the birth of the child. To be granted the leave, the employee submits a certificate from the relevant medical institution regarding the birth of the child to the employer.
