Preventive measures are being continued by police officers to ensure road traffic safety, particularly by strengthening control over compliance with legislative requirements among drivers of motorcycles and other two-wheeled vehicles.
“Elchi” reports that during the latest measures held yesterday by employees of the State Traffic Police Department of the Absheron District Police Office, 30 drivers were detained for engaging in motorcycle hooliganism, disturbing residents’ peace by creating loud noise, and operating vehicles without a driver’s license.
During the measures, administrative protocols were also drawn up against 12 drivers who illegally modified their vehicles by installing additional lights and mufflers, as well as 2 drivers who were operating vehicles under the influence of narcotic substances.
Control and preventive measures in this direction are continuing in the Absheron district. We once again call on all road users to strictly follow traffic rules.
