Due to the “deterioration of the security situation” in Kyiv, all entertainment, as well as physical education and sports events in open areas and buildings without shelters, have been temporarily banned.
“Elchi” reports that Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced this.
“Starting September 10, the curfew in Kyiv will be shortened: the rule will be in effect from 01:00 to 05:00 instead of midnight. Public transport operating hours will also be extended by one hour (meaning the metro will close at approximately 23:30). The operating hours for public catering facilities and Shopping and Entertainment Centers (SEC) remain unchanged,” Klitschko stated.
A day earlier, a different air raid alert system was implemented in Kyiv.
It should be noted that yesterday, local channels reported that Russia was gathering strategic aviation at the “Olenya” airfield. According to the information, 4 more Tu-95MS aircraft are being relocated from the Far East to the “Olenya” base. It is claimed that the aircraft are already equipped with cruise missiles.
Thus, there could already be 6 combat-ready Tu-95MS aircraft at the “Olenya” base. Another 4 Tu-160 representation aircraft remain in the Far East. The channels report that Russia has completed preparations for a potential massive missile strike.
