Another reception of citizens held at the State Committee

On September 1, Rovshan Rzayev, Chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, held another reception of citizens.

During the reception, the citizens’ appeals were carefully listened to. It was stated that the raised issues would be investigated in the appropriate manner and resolved in accordance with the legislation.

It was emphasized that the instructions given by President Ilham Aliyev to ensure comfortable and safe living conditions for former internally displaced persons in their native lands are being consistently implemented, and that First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva closely monitors the restoration and reconstruction work carried out in the liberated territories and that appropriate measures are being taken under her guidance.

The Chairman of the Committee stated that in accordance with the restoration work in the liberated territories, first of all, former internally displaced persons living in emergency and difficult conditions are being relocated in stages. The citizens’ appeals mainly concerned return to the liberated territories, principles of relocation, participation in surveys, employment, improvement of housing and living conditions in temporary settlement places, utility services, status, unified monthly allowance, and other social issues.
