From the evening of August 30 to the morning of September 1, unstable weather conditions are expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, with rain, occasionally heavy at times.
According to the information provided to “Elchi” by the National Hydrometeorological Service, there is a possibility of lightning in some parts of the peninsula, and the rain is expected to be intense and short-term on the evening of the 31st.
The unstable weather conditions observed in the regions of Azerbaijan are expected to continue until September 1, with intermittent rain in some places. In some areas, there is a possibility of short-term intense downpours, lightning, and hail.
Due to the expected rainy weather, an increase in water levels in rivers is expected, and short-term floods in some mountain rivers are not excluded.
