President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree on providing financial support to “Sabah” football club.
“Elchi” reports that, according to the Decree, in connection with qualifying for the league stage of the UEFA Champions League, 5 million manats have been allocated to “Sabah” football club from the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan’s reserve fund provided for in the 2026 state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Ministry of Finance must ensure financing in the amount specified in the 1st part of this Decree, and the Cabinet of Ministers must resolve issues arising from this Decree.
