In July 2026, the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health conducted inspections in a total of 78 pharmacies.
According to the information provided by the AEC to “Elchi”, 55 of the inspections were carried out in pharmacies located in Baku, and 23 in other cities and regions of the country.
Of the inspections conducted, 51 were planned, 26 were unplanned, and 1 was an off-site inspection.
Based on the results, various shortcomings were detected in 11 pharmacies.
Regarding the detected violations, relevant administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with articles 215.4, 221.1, 452.3, and 452.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
