In connection with the implementation of the Cabinet of Ministers’ Decision No. 218 dated July 17, 2026, the Ministry of Science and Education is announcing a funding competition in the field of preschool education based on parent-state-private partnership.
This was reported to “Elchi” by the Ministry of Science and Education.
The main goal of the competition is to expand the coverage of preschool education through the application of a funding model based on parent-state-private partnership in the 2026-2027 academic year.
Private educational institutions that have been granted a license for preschool educational activities in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Licenses and Permits” have the right to participate as applicants.
Document submission for private preschool educational institutions wishing to join the competition will be carried out through the website https://anket.edu.az/user/364 starting from August 5, 2026, until August 20, 2026, inclusive.

It should be noted that within the framework of the competition, it is planned to finance 8,000 students in private preschool educational institutions during the 2026-2027 academic year.
