According to ANAMA, an anti-personnel mine explosion occurred while Surkhayli Alzamin Vazir oglu, born in 1994, an employee of a non-governmental organization involved in humanitarian mine clearance operations, was performing his official duties. As a result of the incident, Surkhayli Alzamin sustained an injury to his right leg.
During the incident, another employee, Mirzayev Fuzuli Rizvan oglu, born in 1998, sustained minor bodily injuries.
The injured employees were evacuated to the district central hospital. Their condition is satisfactory.
