A fire has broken out in a grassy area on the Outer Circular Road in the Yasamal district of the capital.
“Elchi” reports that the Transport Intellectual Management Center (TIMC) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has released information regarding this.
It was stated that, in order to ensure the safety of drivers, traffic police have imposed temporary restrictions on the movement of vehicles in the direction of the “Bilajari” roundabout.
