Georgia pays special attention to expanding relations with other countries.
elchi reports that the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, stated this to journalists in Singapore.
He noted that very active work is being carried out in this direction, including in Asia:
“We have had many important visits and meetings. Along with Central Asian countries, we have close relations with our neighbors Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Turkey, and we want to develop this further.”
According to the Prime Minister, Georgia has a strategic geographical position, and utilizing this location is very important in every respect.
“We also have free trade agreements with many countries, which creates a very good basis for attracting those states to develop economic relations with Georgia,” he emphasized.
