On July 15, the search for Elgun Elchin oglu Garayev, born in 2004, who drowned in an uncontrolled area of the sea 2 km away from the nearest rescue station in Mardakan settlement, Khazar district, Baku, continues.
“Elchi” reports that this was stated in the information provided by the Press Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Currently, the search is being carried out continuously by diver-rescuers of the State Service for Control over Small Vessels and Water Rescue of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the directions where the citizen is presumed to have drowned.
