Starting today, the 3rd and final stage of student admission to vocational education institutions for the 2026-2027 academic year for vacant plan places has been launched.

It was stated that individuals who were unsuccessful in the first two stages or who did not apply previously can apply in this stage. Individuals who have already been admitted to any vocational education institution and have confirmed their documents cannot apply in this stage for the purpose of changing their specialty.
Starting from September 11, applicants will be able to submit their applications for open vacant places by accessing the portal.edu.az website electronically. The submission of documents for vacant places will continue until September 14 at 12:00.
