According to the Code, the residential premises of the Permanent Settlement Fund in the liberated territories will be included among the types of residential premises of the special-purpose housing fund. The residential premises of the Permanent Settlement Fund in the liberated territories are intended for the relocation of internally displaced persons to permanent residences in the liberated territories and for the transfer of these residential premises to their ownership.
The procedure for relocating internally displaced persons to the residential premises of the Permanent Settlement Fund in the liberated territories and transferring these residential premises to their ownership will be determined by the body (institution) defined by the relevant executive authority.
